Memoir Writing via a Memento

Join writer Rachel Eisler for a workshop on Memoir Writing via a Memento on Wednesday, April 23, from 6:30- 8:00 p.m. Let a small meaningful object (a memento) inspire some memoir writing. Your words might become a prose memoir or a poem, but either way, you'll explore different descriptive strategies to make the brooch, marble, photograph, pen knife, thimble, or whatever it is, take on a powerful life of its own. You'll bring a small memento if you like and Rachel will work with the intriguing objects and artifacts at Elevated Retro for you to practice with.
